Michael O'Connell est CULTURE REJECT. Un fantasme pop/folk/soul éthéré venu tout droit de Toronto. Son album, sorti sur White Whale, m'a mis sur le cul dès le premier morceau. Quand j'ai su qu'il venait faire quelques dates en Europe début mai, je me suis proposé pour lui filer un coup de main sur des dates françaises et frontalières.
Personne ne le connaît ici pour l'instant mais le buzz monte déjà outre-Atlantique. Sérieux, suffit d'écouter ses morceaux, ça saute aux oreilles, bordel ! Ce mec est doué comme c'est pas permis...
